Started using this with my 15 year old chihuahua-poodle and it has made a difference in easing his joint issues. He has struggled with arthritis for the last few years and was taking medication to help with pain and comfort. I have slowly weened him off the medication and have been using Nepreva for daily pain relief. We also use the CBd one at night for helping him settle and sleep as he has had a harder time in his old age.

Without going into any detail, I have pain 24/7,levels run between 3 and 10.
The past 10 yrs I have a condition call spondylolistheis, number 3 lumbar has sliped alinement with number 4 resulting in many nerves being put under much pressure and resulting Pain. Needless to say I have tried many OTC meds and alternatives and, a little tramadol, I do yoga 3 times a week and hit the gym for some uper body weights. Also I can walk 1/2 mile and do so everyday. all this is a big help in dealing with this on going situation.
I first ordered Na'preva a few weeks ago and found that it was going be to an effective pain reliefer. Then it became unavailable for over a month. I ordered a bottle when it became available and the results were the same, some pain relief.
My pain is'nt going to go away completely till I have the surgery and I'm just not ready for surgery, results can be less than good.
I just ordered 3 bottles (w/CBD) .
First thing in the mornings I use a theragun and then floor stretchs, next consume a dropper of Na'preva and then the pain is greatly reduced (last for 2-4 hrs) and I head out the door for the walk and gym on M-W-F and yoga on Tu-Th-Fri ( can't say enough about how yoga helps w/pain)
So, I speak form yrs of dealing with constant pain. You need to do the things that can offer some pain relief and forstall any surgury, Don't
just rely on Drs. and their harsh drugs.
I've made the switch from a conolidine product that delivered results
at twice the price of N'apreva. Both are effective but N'apeva is the better buy.
I would suggest you give N'apreva a try, it's affordable and will most likely give you some pain relief and, do walk and exercise, look into yoga.......

Works great for my arthuritis, plus lower back pain, I recommend this to anyone with the same issues, works great!!

This is my review of Napreva...
I have a history of chronic and very painful (24-7) back (lumber) issus, THis has been for the past 10 yrs. I have declined surgery for several reasons. I started with triger point injections, that did next to nothing. Over these past yrs I have tried countless OTC pain products. Some very expensive (100.00 for a sm jar), lidocaine patches and role on and, many other products.
Napreva w/CBD is the most effective product for pain relief that I have found.
No pain releif product is going to alleviate all my back pain. Napreva, taken in the morning on an emtpy stomach, allows me to head to the YMCA to walk on the treadmill and do some weights.
Napreva is my go to for pain relief. After 10 yrs + of trying everything, it proves to be the best yet pain reliefer...If it helps me, I'm sure it will help you with your pain situation.
