Great for my senior dog!
Started using this with my 15 year old chihuahua-poodle and it has made a difference in easing his joint issues. He has struggled with arthritis for the last few years and was taking medication to help with pain and comfort. I have slowly weened him off the medication and have been using Nepreva for daily pain relief. We also use the CBd one at night for helping him settle and sleep as he has had a harder time in his old age.

This is my review of Napreva...
I have a history of chronic and very painful (24-7) back (lumber) issus, THis has been for the past 10 yrs. I have declined surgery for several reasons. I started with triger point injections, that did next to nothing. Over these past yrs I have tried countless OTC pain products. Some very expensive (100.00 for a sm jar), lidocaine patches and role on and, many other products.
Napreva w/CBD is the most effective product for pain relief that I have found.
No pain releif product is going to alleviate all my back pain. Napreva, taken in the morning on an emtpy stomach, allows me to head to the YMCA to walk on the treadmill and do some weights.
Napreva is my go to for pain relief. After 10 yrs + of trying everything, it proves to be the best yet pain reliefer...If it helps me, I'm sure it will help you with your pain situation.

Works as advertised
Napreva has helped me with some of my discomfort and inflammation. My elbow had been bothering me for a while, aggravated by pickleball, and this not only helped me relaxed, but I'm now way more comfortable thanks to it. I hope they introduce more flavors.
