We offer two flat-rate shipping methods. $5 is "standard" (ground) and $10 is expedited (first class).

That's why, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any Nápreva product, we will refund the cost of one unit of any single unit of Nápreva product for first time customers + shipping—no questions asked. We don't require that any unused product be returned or photographed.

If you requested your refund within 30 days of purchase, it has been automatically refunded to the payment method you used when you placed the order. You should have received an email notifying you that the refund was processed and that the refund may take 7-10 days for your bank, credit card company or other payment method to replace the fund in your account.

If your refund was requested 30 days or more after the order date, you should have received an email explaining that, for security reasons, we do not retain payment information. That email asked you to contact info@napreva.com with the details needed to process your refund.
