Nápreva Inc. (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand what information we gather, how we use it, what we do to protect it, and to assist you in making informed decisions when visiting or making a purchase on Napreva.com.  Unless otherwise indicated below, this Privacy Policy applies to any website that references this Privacy Policy, any Company website, as well as any data the Company may collect across affiliated and unaffiliated sites.

Each time you visit or make a purchase Napreva.com, and any time you voluntarily provide us with information, you agree that you are consenting to our collection, use and disclosure of the information that you provide, and you are consenting to receive emails or otherwise be contacted, as described in this Privacy Policy. Whether or not you register or create any kind of account with us, this Privacy Policy applies to all users of the website and any services including, but not limited to, processing payment information and contact information entered when making a purchase on Napreva.com.

 

II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Our website is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not designed to collect, store, or protect Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).

XI.        DISPUTES

 

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Napreva.com  or to products you purchase through Nápreva Inc.  shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Maricopa County in the State of Arizona in the United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Nápreva Inc. intellectual property rights, Nápreva Inc. may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the United States of America or in any foreign or international court having appropriate jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

 Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
