Nápreva Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. It’s free to sign up and you can then earn rewards for every purchase you make and for other activities like following us on social media, leaving a review or referring friends who may benefit from our products. You can redeem rewards points for store credit that can be used for free shipping, discounts and even free products!

When you place an order on Nápreva.com, Shopify, the e-commerce platform that powers our online store, automatically creates an account for you. Your account keeps your orders, rewards points, and other account information conveniently in one place. To access your account, click “Account” in the upper-right corner of any page on Nápreva.com. On the sign-in screen, select “Continue with Shop.” If you haven’t accessed your account before, Shopify will send a one-time passcode to your email address. Enter the passcode to sign in. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure your inbox isn’t full. Once you’re signed in, you’ll see Orders, Rewards, Refer, and Profile at the top lefthand side of the page. Under Rewards, you can see your available points, check your rewards tier, and redeem points. If you’d like to refer a friend or family member, simply select Refer. Signing in before placing an order also makes checkout easier. Shopify can automatically fill in saved information such as your mailing address and email address. You can also check the status of your orders, and rewards points are typically added to your account shortly after qualifying activity. For your security, Nápreva does not store your credit card information, so you may need to enter your payment information when you place an order. We recommend signing out when you’re finished using your account, particularly when using a shared or public device. If you visit frequently, Shopify may recognize your device and make signing in quicker. If it doesn’t recognize your device or it has been a while since your last visit, Shopify may send you another one-time passcode. That’s it. Your Nápreva account makes it easy to keep track of your orders and rewards whenever you need them.

From day one, you’re an Acorn club member and you’ll earn 5 points for every dollar spent on purchases. Once you have made $125 in purchases, you become a Sapling and earn 7 points for every dollar spent. When you’ve made $475 in purchases, you become a mighty Oak and earn 10 points for every dollar spent. You can also earn points for leaving a review, referring friends and family, following on social media and more. You can then redeem points for store credit you can use for discounts and with enough points, free products in our store.
