How to use Nápreva

Before taking Nápreva, assess how bad your pain is. Pain professionals use something called the Mankoski pain scale or the NRS (numerical rating scale) to measure the severity of pain on a scale of 1-10. Here’s what the Mankoski pain ratings mean:

0: Pain-free

1: Very minor annoyance

2: Minor annoyance

3: Annoying enough to be distracting

4: Can be ignored if you are really involved in your work, but still distracting

5: Can't be ignored for more than 30 minutes

Once you’ve rated the severity of your pain, take your first serving. Be sure to apply it under the tongue. That’s called sublingual administration. There are a lot of very small capillaries under your tongue that rapidly transport things they contact into the blood stream. That helps to speed bioavailability and the time it takes to feel results.
