Apply 1 ml under the tongue. Wait 1 minute, then swallow. After 30 minutes, reassess discomfort and repeat as needed.
There are no known side effects, drug interactions or toxicities in any ingredient contained in Nápreva and NáprevaPLUS, so you can use a little more or a little less up to three times a day. Hi, i tried your product but concludes that if used with Rxs pain meds, that I have to keep taking at the same time I took Napreva, there is no convincing proof it helps with my 18yrs cancer chemotherapy & radiation induced 24/7 pain from all over body arthritis & polyneuropathy. I need to be weaned completely from my RXs pain meds, then take Napreva ONLY to determine its efficacy to help with chronic pain.For now I would like to request a FULL REFUND of my FULL PMT of my trial bottles of your product. Thanks.!

You are right. When you're on a complex mix of medications, it can complicate knowing which of any of them works. Especially with complex conditions, like 'cancer', we highly recommend working with a doctor before 'weaning' off ANY medications. In the meantime, we have processed your full refund. Good luck! We I first saw the add I wasn't real sure about it , but thankfully I gave it a try . And it really helped with my chronic pain levels . I realize that everyone is different but given it a shot you too might find some relief.

Can't really say good or bad as had no noticeable effect. High quality ingredients, and would make a good essential oil for my diffuser though!
Of note, Matthew Carter in Customer Service was great . There was some confusion over who the shipper was and when it was arriving, but Matt took me through the process and assured the product's timely and seamless arrival.
Again, can't say one way or the other, but I do recommend one gives it a try as I'm sure it's a very individual experience.
