Not satisfied with your Nápreva purchase? We'll refund up to 1 product for people and 1 product for dogs + shipping costs within 30 days of delivery.

We only offer this unconditional refund once per household to avoid possible abuse. If you have any questions, please contact info@napreva.com and we'll be happy to address your issues.

1. Submit your refund request
   Enter your order number and email address
2. We verify your order
   Eligible refunds are approved within 1 business day.
3. Your refund is issued
   Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you requested your refund within 30 days of purchase, it has been automatically refunded to the payment method you used when you placed the order. You should have received an email notifying you that the refund was processed and that the refund may take 7-10 days for your bank, credit card company or other payment method to replace the fund in your account.

If your refund was requested 30 days or more after the order date, you should have received an email explaining that, for security reasons, we do not retain payment information. That email asked you to contact info@napreva.com with the details needed to process your refund.

If you have not received your refund, please email info@napreva.com, and we’ll provide a status update or request any additional information needed to complete it.

If your order is not delivered, or arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise defective (e.g. applicator not working), we will replace the order at no charge, including shipping. Replacements must be requested within 10 days of delivery per USPS Tracking provided with all shipments. Contact info@napreva.com for assistance.
