Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Nápreva product, we will refund the cost of the order + shipping—no questions asked. We don't require that any unused product be returned or photographed.

However, we only offer this unconditional refund once per household to avoid possible abuse.

How to request a refund

To initiate a refund please follow these steps:

  1. From any email related to your order, please click on the link to view the order status
  2. If asked, enter your email and a 6-digit code sent to your email address
  3. Once on the order status page, please click the link to submit a return request
  4. Complete the return request and submit it

When will I receive my refund?

If you requested your refund within 30 days of purchase, it has been automatically refunded to the payment method you used when you placed the order. You should have received an email notifying you that the refund was processed and that the refund may take 7-10 days for your bank, credit card company or other payment method to replace the fund in your account.

If your refund was requested 30 days or more after the order date, you should have received an email explaining that, for security reasons, we do not retain payment information. That email asked you to contact info@napreva.com with the details needed to process your refund.

If you have not received your refund, please email info@napreva.com, and we’ll provide a status update or request any additional information needed to complete it.

Replacements

If your order is not delivered, or arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise defective (e.g. applicator not working), we will replace the order at no charge, including shipping. Replacements must be requested within 10 days of delivery per USPS Tracking provided with all shipments. Contact info@napreva.com for assistance.
