Can't really say good or bad as had no noticeable effect. High quality ingredients, and would make a good essential oil for my diffuser though!
Of note, Matthew Carter in Customer Service was great . There was some confusion over who the shipper was and when it was arriving, but Matt took me through the process and assured the product's timely and seamless arrival.
Again, can't say one way or the other, but I do recommend one gives it a try as I'm sure it's a very individual experience.
