Nápreva products are based on botanical compounds called terpenes. Although terpenes are often associated with cannabis, β-Caryophyllene (beta-caryophyllene), the primary ingredient in Nápreva, is found in the highest concentration in cloves, black pepper, sage and hops.

NáprevaPlus products add a small amount of CBD from industrial hemp. CBD was made legal at the Federal level by the 2018 “Farm Bill”. CBD is legal in all 50 states, but the exact type that’s legal can vary by state. NáprevaPlus uses a CBD isolate derived from industrial hemp which complies with the strictest state regulations.

Today, only Iowa and Idaho prohibit CBD except by prescription for specific medical conditions. If you live in Idaho or Iowa, we suggest that you try Nápreva with no CBD.

All Nápreva products are tested with registered third-party laboratories to ensure that we comply with all state and federal laws and regulations for production of safe, consumable dietary supplements.

We redact the concentration of specific ingredients since that is proprietary. However, we share the detailed results of tests conducted to verify purity, quality and safety of each Nápreva product.

We are sorry to hear that Nápreva may not be working for you. Some people just need to take a bit more to feel the effects. You can safely use up to 2 ml per serving as frequently as 3 times daily. You may need to wait at least 15 minutes and as much as 30 minutes after taking Nápreva before you feel differences. Peoples’ bodies absorb and react differently to medications, so it may take a few applications to determine the best serving size and frequency for your needs. If your order is not delivered, or arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise defective (e.g. applicator not working), we will replace the order at no charge, including shipping. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Nápreva product, we will refund one unit of any Nápreva product per customer. Additional units purchased in the same or subsequent orders are not eligible for refund under this guarantee. We don't require that any unused product be returned or photographed.

The active ingredients in Nápreva products are organic compounds called terpenes which are produced by plants. We have two types of Nápreva, one with and another without CBD.

You do not need a prescription. β Caryophyllene (beta caryophyllene), one of the primary ingredients in Nápreva, is FDA-approved for food use. Studies cited by the FDA prior to granting GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) status indicated that with regular consumption of amounts far less than the suggested serving of Nápreva, there were no toxicities or adverse effects to human fertility detected. Other ingredients used in Nápreva are natural flavorings and plant oils. There are no chemicals, colorings, preservatives or artificial ingredients.
